Is the eSIM fully compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max as my iMessage and FT are still not working ?

I downloaded an eSIM onto my iPhone 14 Pro max two weeks agon and after SEVERAL fruitless conversations with the alleged "technical" team, nobody can help me with my iMessages and FT working since I had the eSIM installed

Please can anyone hel/shed light on this?

I had same problem with 14 plus.. i ended with no service at all. Deleted esim then reinstalled this time choosing the oposite of each answer given for each step in relation to primary and secondary choice given with telephone number... it worked and esim now okay.. i have to say the sky instructions on instalatoin are abysmal.
