We're going on a Caribbean cruise and wondered whether we will be able to use our roaming data allowance in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands as the USA is included but are not listed separately

@LindyLouLou Puerto Rico is classed as "Rest of the World" for roaming and the following charges apply,
Puerto Rico £0.36 per MB of Data(Not GB), £0.72 per minute for local and UK calls, £0.14 per minute to receive calls, £0.14 per text message to UK mobiles, £0.58 per picture message.
I can not find anything on the US Virgin Islands for roaming.

Indeed, it's not listed - it might be included under Passport+ as a US location. You should get a text stating the charges - but I'd be wary that it wasn't a Rest of World tariff...
