Iphone showing temp number after PAC transfer

I have transfered sim from Vodaphone to Sky and it all went fine however when i text and call people my old number does not show and i have tried to go into mobile service and then my number and change it but when i press save nothing happens and i have tried to restart about 4-5 times and this is still not working

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
