Iphone Air E-sim ?

Well thats it.  I have had enough so phoned sky to cancel the swap and send back the iphone air. The last advisor started giving different instructions on how to install and got stroppy when i said this saying you listen to me. So will get a different phone with a physical sim!

Such a shame that the esim is causing such problems 

I phoned  on Saturday morning to cancel mine and return it 

I ddidn't want to  because i love the look and feel of the phone 

However after it messed my old phone up trying to download the esim  onto it first to keep my number i had real problems 

i finally git a replacement sim and got my old phone working , thanks to the social media messaging app on a different device

I have to say over the few days it took to sort out via messaging  them , they were brilliant , not with the esim, but sorting out the aftermath 

I think i will order the nirmal sim 17 but i need to go into a shop  to actually see it first , see if i like it 

I like size of the larger phones but i find they are just too heavy 

The Air was ideal, large and light,so i am disappointed

I feel the same about this. i liked the Iphone Air and was looking forward to swapping to it. But I just could not risk trying to transfer anymore for fear of losing the service. No two advsisors told me the same thing. Some said its resolved, others said it wasnt and they all had different ideas how to do the activation.

So after last night's third advsior tried to help but failed I sadi thats it I have no choice but to return it.

So may just consider Iphone 17 now which definately has a physical sim slot!
