Dear Sky,
I recently opened the Sky app on my phone to place an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I selected the Black color, completed the payment, and signed the contract. However, when I was redirected to my Sky account, it showed that the iPhone I ordered is Desert Titanium instead of Black.
Could you please help me correct this to ensure I receive the Black color before the order is dispatched?

Find out moreYou are not talking to Sky by posting on here as we are customers who help each other so if you account shows the wrong one has been ordered then you will need to call Sky to have them cancel the order. Ordering a different one will see you credit checked again.
