Iphone 15 pro not received.

Havent received my iphone 15 pro, Ive looked at the dpd delivery information and they haven't even updated what has happened, they just said that it has been delayed by the driver and there is no further information. I called dpd and they said that sky hasnt even sent the order or they have received it, but the dpd website says otherwise and doesnt even give  a date that it will be arrived.

 

Sky also hasnt informed me when i will receive my product, and the date of arrival hasnt even been updated, and is still stuck in the past, even though it hasnt even been delivered yet. 

 

I dont know if there is a problem or I wont be receiving my phone, but at the bare minimum, sky OR dpd could email me or give me SOME information on what is going on behind the scenes. 

 

First time buying a phone and ive just had the worst experience for not being able to receive my phone. 

 

I am distraught and i have an exam tommorow and I will have to leave my home without a phone.

 

At least, i think a customer should get some information on their product that they have signed a contract for, as i will be doing my part of paying, and you giving me the service and the good for WHAT i am paying.

 

I just want my product please. I just want a phone.

@Ashir  Best option is to call Sky to get an update from them.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
