My son has changed his password on iohone and forgot it how can i get this sorted

As the retailer, Sky can't help with that.

 

Famously, Apple take security very seriously: if the phone hasn't previously been linked to iTunes on a computer (or an iCloud account) then only a full reset and content wipe will be possible.  Even state security agencies cannot get past the password and local encryption itself.
