Hi I ordered the iPad 2021 at the start of this week I got my order confirmation saying delivery will be within a week and I'd receive updates via phone/email. But I haven't had any updates on delivery and on my sky app it won't allow me to track my order it just says try again later.

If there is no update on your account then all you can do is to call Sky for an update.
