Ipad on backorder

I ordered an Ipad (2022) for a christmas present and it's currently saying on Backorder. when will i get it as i need it before christmas?

We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

@loupink  As customers here we don't know when you will receive it or when new stock will arrive, you'll need to keep an eye on your order tracking page.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
