I ordered a new ipad yesterday as I'm due to go away in 10 days and want a way to read without packing lots of books. I wasn't informed until after the order that it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive and now it says it's on backorder. Is there a way to find out how long it will take or maybe change the order to ensure I have something here on time?
When I go to 'track orders' it says I have none in progress which is worrying too.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers here we have no insight into stock levels or their replenishment. If you cancel the order by calling Sky and order an alternative you'll be credit checked again.
