My daughter is currently away on a residential school trip, when I call her I get an invalid number message and can not conect. I am aware of the issues yesterday but I am still getting it today also. Do I need to do anything?

When I try to call my daughters sky mobile it comes up as invalid number but she can call me? She's waiting to hear about a college application

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Following the issues yesterday with making and receiving calls from Sky Mobile, that you state is now resolved, it is not resolved and I again have no incoming or outgoing calls. Unacceptable, wish I had never changed over to Sky mobile.

I am still having this problem today. It worked this morning but I have been waiting for a call from a doctor and they can't get through... glad im not the only one!

I'm having similar issues - I can make but not receive calls. I tried ordering a new sim but that's not resolved the issue unfortunately.
I'm on hold to Sky as I type, which will hopefully get the issue resolved. If I receive any useful information or advice, I'll be sure to share!

IF I call Sky users get invalid phone number message, I used Whats App to contact wife, she is having same problem. I have called non sky users and got through after several goes. When they try ringing me takes several goes. Obviously something not right with Sky mobile service.

Hi,
I have started having this issue since yesterday - I have to restart the phone and it works for a while
Its stopped working twice today already

I can make outgoing calls but not receive incoming. I just spoke to 150 who recommended that I switch flight mode on and off and this will reset the network apparently. He also said that if you are using 5g ( not available in my area) to switch to 4g for a time and then go back to 5g once the problem has resolved.
Hope that helps a bit- I have not had any problems with Sky until now so fingers crossed for a quick fix
