I recently changed handset from a Huawei PSmart to a Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, both with Sky mobile and since changing my Internet signal has been poor to nonexistent (when not using WiFi) and my call signal has also not regularly been above 2 bars. I have checked the Sky website for the signal strength in various places and it always says excellent. I have tried the tips and tricks to improve/ resolve the issue, but nothing is working. Even when they're is Internet signal the phone becomes incredibly slow when trying to access anything online. Just sitting there, chugging away doing nothing for ages until I usually just give up. Can anybody help please? I use my phone to also run my business, and am finding it really hard with these issues. Regretting changing handset at the moment. Thanks, Kim
