Installed third party eSIM and no signal for Sky
I purchased an eSIM for holiday. Now I can't make calls or receive data on Sky mobile network.
tried and checked most things. But Sky wants you to call them, but can't even over WiFi.
HELP!

Hi @MikeYO43 what phone do you have ? Do you have the choice of setting a primary or secondary sim ? Are you back in the UK now ?

Hello
no leaving UK for holiday. Installed eSIM yesterday and now issues. iPhone 13 Pro Max.
yes it shows both. And you can change them. Looks like the eSIM for holiday is working As I see bars and it says will activate when I arrive.

Unfortunately not. All seems correct. I think the issue is with Sky. Read up on it and others report similar.
have to wait until get back home. But I am thinking of changing network!

If you can see the sky sim @MikeYO43 can you go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the settings there ?

Arrived in Thailand and eSIM for here works perfectly.
its only in the U.K. that the problem exists. Of course can't receive texts or hone calls (data not rain, but can face time etc).
problem is with Sky in the U.K.!
