In Majorca and can’t make calls only sos but my son is with sky is had no problems

My phone has no signal but my son is with sky and has no problem and 5g

i have turned it on and off

inhave cleaned the sim 

any ideas

Have you tried getting your phone to search for all available networks to see if it will connect and work on a different one ?
