Hi guys I am having the same issue in Australia. Data roaming was working fine and I’m not at my cap but suddenly stopped yesterday and still doesn’t seem to be resolved. Could Australia please be added to the list of countries to correct please and would it be possible to get an Estimated time for the fix? Thanks!

No one can estimate when it'll be fixed. Hopefully there will be updates provided on the threads when there's a significant development.

Still no update. Taking over half hr to load a safari page now and I can’t even face time me Mrs. What’s going on ??????

Canada mobile data

We have been in Canada 2 days first day and half mobile data worked fine but now it's dropped out and can't get it to load at all it doesn't even show 4G by the battery on screen. I have followed all online help and solutions but still not working my device and network configuration are set up correctly please can anyone help?

There has been a few reports recently of peoples devices not working in Canada recently so pretty much all you can try is this:

 

Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.

 

That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?

 

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Thanks I have tried these, under network selection on my iPhone I only have the option to have automatic ticked it won't let me untick it or select other networks

Is it now working as I am also having the same problem in Canada now.  I contacted the sky chat and nothing they have suggested has worked.  Any tips anyone?

Yes, I have tried the suggestions above - checked spend cap, turned off phone, manually tried other Canadian networks, doublechecked it is on roaming and also switched it to airplane mode to try to reconnect it.  I also tried it in different locations as suggested by sky chat.  It is still not working despite working a couple of days ago.
