I'm the same and now been waiting since Friday for a sky dept to call me to resolve and give me my pac codes to move mobile provider. I really don't think they send the txt when you say your leaving. Been on to them 3 times now Friday, Monday x 2 and still no txt actually came through so they can "verify me" when they say they have sent them. I am getting txt messages from other sources.
