Id try to factory rest my sky pad 8 by following utubes irections and it doesnt work anybody have a

I've tried to factory reset my sky pad 8 by following u tube directions numerous times and it doesn't work anybody have any recommendations?

@FRG1  Sky Mobile a UK based company whose forum you've posted on do not have any Sky Branded pads, they only sell tablets from the likes of Samsung & apple.

 

If it is a Sky brand device you have then I'm afraid you need to be reaching out to them https://skydevices.com/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I aggree.Skypad 8 is manufactured by Sky Devices which has nothing to do with Sky in the UK and Ireland.
