When I phoned one of you agents I didn't have relevant information, despite having my account number with Sky. I was then asked for mothers maiden name which I gave, to be told that wasn't correct!!! & that he could not help me. I found this astonishing given I had spoken to you less than a month ago to upgrade our sky tv account. You don't have a number for an agent in the uk, it seems the only time & can speak to someone in uk is if I threaten to cancel my subscription. Could you please either give me a number for someone in uk or phone me.
