I want to upgrade, trade in my old phone and use piggy bank data as part of the upgrade. possible?

I want to upgrade from iphone 12 to 16. I want to trade in my old phone and use piggy bank data as part of the upgrade.  Is this possible? Online it doesnt seem like its giving me the option to do this

@TR111  If there is no option to use piggybank data then i'mafraid you would be abe to trade in any piggy bank data.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Try calling Sky on 150.  However, the last trade in offer was only £10 off for 50GB I think.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Realistically an iPhone 12 doesn't have much value, and unused data almost none: certainly not enough for Apple to give up its famously generous profit margin.
