I keep getting stuck in an interminable loop when trying to repay my sky mobile consumer credit agreement early. I've tried on the app and via a PC and keep following the route to the CCA, then selecting 'make a payment' but I keep ending up with one of those infuriating "opps - something went wrong" repsonses but with absolutely no clue as to how to resolve it. I of course get redirected to one of those absolutely useless 'virtual assistants' (if these are an example of what AI can do for us then we're bloody doomed!) but there is, inevitably, abolsutley no possibility of talking to a human being. Who thought that repaying a debt (early) would be so hard!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will have to call Sky to do this and it is also advisable to do this anyway as people in the past who are trying to do this have in error added the amount as a credit to their account instead of paying the agreement off.
