I have several devices and a SIM on my bill, none of them are in service and as a result I can't obtain another device due to the amount of devices it states I have on my contract. They are not in use, I'd like to know how to remove them.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Frogster73 only devices returned to sky will drop off your account (after approximately 150 days). Any other devices can't be removed, if they are stopping you ordering then you need to call sky on 150 so they can do it for you.
