I want to purchase SIM card for my phone, how does the changeover work

I am a sky customer. My phone contract with Voda phone is up and I want to purchase a sky SIM card deal. The problem comes with how to transfer all photos and information. I normally go to the phone shop to have a member of staff assist me due to my lack of knowledge.

Hi @Idlac  most phones have apps now to assist with transferring everything from one phone to another. If you are just swapping your sim and not your phone then photos etc will still be on the phone, they aren't stored on the sim.
