I want to know when my bill is due as I want to pay it now but been told that I shouldn’t pay manual

I've been told not to make a manual payment as it often is used as credit and I want to know when my bill is as I do want to pay it

Unless you've changed it your billing date with be as normal but Sky don't process payment on weekends or bank holidays. You've heard correctly. Don't be tempted to make a manual payment if you have a direct debit or card payment set up.

If you have been told that you shouldn't make a manual payment then this is what you should do because if you get your timings wrong Sky could still take the payment from you despite you manually paying it meaning you will have paid it twice and this does happen so just let Sky take it on or near your payment date.
