I want to keep the same number and the same provider but different account

Hi, 

I am trying to transfer a sim only plan from my mothers account to my account. Customer service said that all I need is a pac code (which has been sent). I have a new sim and I'm trying to activate it. I need my old number but I can't use PAC because I want to stay with sky. 
Basically:

- I want to keep my number

-I want to stay with sky

-I just want to transfer the bills and contract onto my account so I can pay for it and change it if I want to.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If your mother is with Sky then using the apc code you will need to transfer it to a PAYG network, then get another pac code from that network to transfer it to the Sky sim on your account.

 

This is the oly way to do it as you can not use a Pac code to transfer between two Sky sims.
