I bought new phone from sky and was going to keep old no, both from sky but I stupidly asked for a pac code and sky thinks I'm leaving so I can't use old no

If you haven't given a different network the pac code you got from Sky then your number will stay with Sky. If you have given someone the pac code then call them to see if they can cancel the number transfer.
