I want to buy a new phone ! How difficult is it to actually talk to someone about this . Tried chat and have gone around in circles, followed links and only get a blank page

Thanks for the 150 number . Didn't see that while I was going  around in circles. I know there are contact details in the links but I was just getting blank pages no matter whether I was using my iPhone or laptop . Anyway I'll phone them tomorrow thanks for your reply
