I’ve upgraded my iPhone and waiting to return old phone do sky send packaging - not received yet

When do sky send packaging mobile swap - only got 14 days to return so would appreciate knowing how long it takes to be sent appropriate pa kaging and label thank you

Yo should be able to use the packaging your new phone came in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it. If you no longer have this then call Sky on 150 to let them know that you need a return label and packaging if you haven't anything to use.

My understanding is the packaging your new phone came in should have contained a small return label on the inside of it and you use the same box/bag. If you no longer have this call Sky on 150 as they will then discuss with you the best way to return it.
