I’ve switched from 02 to Sky. Activated my sim but I’m unable to make calls. I’m showing no network

Unable to make calls since switching to Sky mobile. Actived sim but no network

When did you activate the sim as if you go back to where you did this does it show as being activated or does it show that it is still activating ?
