Find out moreYour bill should be paid by the payment method you have supplied so have you instead made a manual payment where there was no need to as doing so and especially doing it to close to your billing date will not prevent Sky from taking it from your payment method.

It tried to take the money and I didn't have it in so I went on the app and paid manually because I have other stuff trying to take it out that's it so I made a manual payment of the full amount

Find out moreOn the app do you see a credit either on your latest bill or the next one as by paying it as you have done you are not actually paying the bill but putting money onto your account by the way of a credit which will be used against next months bill.

I'm afraid not as it doesn't work like that.
The credit can be refunded if that helps but it can take up to 5 working days (so up to next Friday) to be returned to you so we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here if you want ?

It says on my account that I previous owe a bill but I have paid that on the 28th January and it should not be restricted
