I’ve paid the bill twice

I've just joined sky mobile, I paid my first bill and I noticed sky have also automatically taken payment too. It shows as credit for next month, but I'm budgeting so carefully at the moment I can't afford to pay 2 months together 😭

Hi @PopplePie  as you have found, don't make manual payments if you have a direct debit set up. If it's showing as a credit we can alert the messaging team on here and they can help with a refund. Would you like us to do that ?

I couldn't remember if I'd set up DD or not, but got a message asking me to pay the bill.

Paid bill twice 😭

Hi two payments have gone from my account for this month. I think I may have paid twice again by accident as I got a message telling me the bill was not paid and I would loose services. I'm not sure if this is correct. If I have paid twice by mistake could this be refunded as I don't have a lot of money. Thank you.
