I’ve paid my mobile bill twice and need a refund please

My direct debit was returned unpaid as a mixup with my wages going into the bank. I paid the full amount manually and then the direct debit was taken also a few days later

When a direct debut fails for whatever reason Sky will always try again 10 days later.

 

Can you confirm that you now see a credit on your account as it is this that can be refunded.

I didn't realise that as I wouldn't have paid it manually. No there is no credit showing up at the moment.

Once it's showing as a credit post on this thread again and we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team.
