I did the Sky Swap option and sent my old phone back. When going through the swap, I let them know if the phone damage. Yesterday I received an email letting me know what they were giving me for the phone. Today in the post I have received the old phone back, but without the battery... does anyone know why this would happen?

Sounds a bit odd so all you can do is to call Sky on 150 to ask them about this.
