I’ve come to Tunisia on holiday but nothing on my phone is working, I’ve tried all the online steps And still nothing. I've turned of my spend cap and again nothing. Please help.

I would suggest switching your spend cap on otherwise you could wrack up some large bills as Tunisia isn't covered by the usual roaming passport.
