I have recently moved over to sky from Vodafone and used a PAC to keep my old number. It was updated yesterday and so I now receive texts and calls to my old number which is what I wanted however if I call or text someone it uses the new sky number and not my old, transferred number. What do I do?

Having same issue with a Samsung phone. Can anyone help? Calls from ported number, but text messages sending from the 'sky new phone' number. So frustrating

About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone.

Did this ever get resolved? If using iPhone, it's worth going on to settings > messages > Send & Receive and see what numbers/email addresses are listed. If the old number is on there, untick if from the list. This should solve this problem.
