Your phone will not have been hacked but it could be an issue with the sim or the mast it is connected to so if this is happening on all calls you will need to report this to Sky on 150 because as the very least they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.

Hi @Jax39 that would not indicate your phone has been hacked, something that's very hard to do, more likely just background noise or interference.
