As the title says. I activated my Sky Sim today, kept my old phone number, but my signal is extremely poor to non existant.
I switched from Virgin, and I was under the impression that Sky would contact Virgin for me and cancel the already existing plan that I had with them.
I can't call Sky nor Virgin because my signal drops in and out constantly. What should I do?

Did you use a Pac code to transfer the number you had with Virgin to your Sky sim ?

I should also clarify that I got a text when activating my Sky Sim saying "Hello it's not possible to set up your phone" and linked a trouble shooting guide, I went through it and done everything and nothing has worked.
I do get signal but it drops CONSTANTLY. It's unusable

Have you actually managed to get the sim activated as it isn't clear from what you have said if you have or not.
