I sent my phone off to swap for a newer model and they can’t find it

I wanted to swap mine and my husbands phones.

 

I opened our new ones and I didn't realise we needed to send our old phones back in these boxes. They were in a state. 

One box was just about manageable to use so I sent both back using both barcodes stuck to the box.

 

They obviously only scanned my husbands code and they can't locate my phone. 

I could have sold it for more than the £80 they were offering and now I don't even have that.

Go ahead and call 150.  Try saying nothing which will hopefully connect you to an agent.

Well I wanted to speak with an agent at Sky.

 

I did last week and they said someone would be in touch.

 

I again tried to speak with an agent today.

 

I was only given an option to speak with other members.


Im not sure how members can help though.
