I returned my apple pencil near the begging of my contract and i have am still being charged
I returned my apple pencil near the begging of my contract and i have am still being charged for it monthly. I have called multiple times regarding this and yet have still revieced no refund for this.

Did you return it within the first 30 days or so of receiving it, if so do you see any credit on your account for the payments you have already made for it ?

Yes i did return it within the first 2 weeks and this was over a year ago and have seen no credit and am charged monthly. No matter how much i call i see no changes to what i pay

I presume you did call Sky first to ask them to cancel it, if so then it might be worth filling in this complaint form:
