I requested a PAC code but now wish to stay with Sky

I was leaving sky but have decided to stay. I requested a PAC code for new network provider but have not activated sim. Does this mean I am still with Sky mobile?

If you got a pac code from Sky and never gave it to another network then the pac code will be cancelled so your number will stay with Sky.

Hi @Jules9906  yes. If you don't use the PAC then you should remain with sky.

I gave the PAC code to the new network received sim but not yet activated it.  How am fixed ?

@Jules9906  You would need to check with that particular provider.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
