In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Is there a reason for doing that?

Sounds like your account has been compromised and someone else is ordering hardware on your account...

 

Did someone ring you offering discounts?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Sarbjits If you ordered a phone and it came with a free watch then you will have to return the watch aswell, you can't just return the phone and keep the watch for free.
