I purchased a sim and yet it's not in my orders and I havnt received it

I set up a name for it and yet it never arrived and isn't showing as having any orders .

Are you already a Sky Mobile customer or is this your first order from Sky Mobile ?

Well first me and my partner order new phones and sims but I wanted to get my daughter a sim but at the time would only allow me to purchase 2 sims in one order so straight after it allowed me to reorder the other sim yet nothing has shown that I order it and yet the account is set up just says activate sim

Did you order this other sim using the same details as you did for the first two because from what you have said it could be that it s on a different account so from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it give them a call on 150 so they can look into this for you.
