I placed an order but you have cancelled it

I placed an order for an iPhone 15 pro. However, following the checks, my order has been rejected. 
Why is this? 
My credit score is excellent.

 

Can you please re-place my order.

@MiriamT28  The fact you believe your score is excellent doesn't come into it

 

sky has obviously found something of concern and refused credit 

 

you can call sky and they will confirm that you have been refused credit but aren't allowed to say why exactly you will need to register with a credit rating agency and view your report to discover the reason 

 

sky won't re place your order, and multiple re ordering it yourself will potentially effect your credit score further
