I phone 17 pro . No calls

I have recently moved to sky mobile and upgraded from I phone 15 pro to 17 pro. I had pac number to keep my number, which was ok at first. I don't understand the fact I have 2 numbers. I can't call out or receive calls. Call failed is message. Don't know if I have something wrong in my settings. Also e sim don't understand it as I have a physical sim.

On an iPhone with Dual SIM, the primary SIM is the default line you have chosen for calls, messages, and cellular data. You can change this default line by going to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Default Voice Line or Cellular Data and selecting the other SIM card, which could be a physical SIM or an eSIM.
