I paid off my contract completely, I’ve now moved to Tesco sky are trying to charge me £100

Hello I'm very confused, I paid off my contact in full last year, I've been paying £12 a month for the sim. I've recently moved to Tesco mobile as I've been having non stop issues with sky and calls and data not working etc and the customer service being awful. I've had a bill come through saying I need to pay £100 but I don't understand what this would be for? And no one can tell me why. I've raised a complaint with sky but had no reply in over a week now.
