I ordered iphone 16 pro but i Didn’t get it yet

I ordered iPhone 16 pro on 8th of February but i didn't receive, i got a mail my order was returned to sky mobile

@13Jasmine You will have to call Sky to find out whats happened, the forum is customer to customer support and the few Sky staff here will be unable to assist.

That's usually a sign of a failed credit check.

 

You'll need to call Sky to confirm.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
