I ordered a new phone and have been sent 2. Looking for a telephone number to call Sky

150 is the number to call Sky on from the mobile that has a Sky sim in it.

Do not give this phone to anyone who calls at your door for it incase this applies:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

The trouble is I opened both of them and started updating one of the phones, then received an email with the imei number which is not the phone I updated. So the phone I'm using has a different imei number registered to my account,
