I need to upgrade my SIM contract from 10GB to Unlimited - how do I do this?

Hi @FergG login to your account or use the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, go to your sim, click on manage sim, click on manage settings, change your data plan and all your current options are there.

Thanks @63johnw , but it only gives the option to add data and not upgrade from 10GB to Unlimited.

Give Sky a call on 150 for help with this. When you call say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
