Providing you are still within the cooling off period you’ll need to ring Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or Sky landline. This link provides some information that will help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-refund
If you later order an alternative device don’t forget you will undergo further credit checks.
