I need to reset password but it’s linked to an old email account

i am trying to reset my password but it's sending the link to an old email account. 
I need to know when my contract ends so I can move over to a sim only deal please

Hi @LEANNEJOHN79  look in your account or use the my sky app. Your phone and sim plan are separate so once your phone is paid off and if you have had the sim at least 12 months then your on a rli g monthly sim plan.
