I joined sky mobile yesterday, I want to keep my existing number & I have tried what you have told me with the pac & it's not working

What is the error message when you try entering the pac code?
Ensure you're not mixing 0 with O or 5 with S or vica versa.
If you're trying to change a new Sky number to your old Sky number then this isn't possible, you'd just need to use the old sim in the new phone in that case.
